I was suffering from severe lower back pain that did not go away even after a week’s medication. I was looking for a physio clinic near me in kokapet and stumbled upon Dr. Singhs clinic. Dr.Raja Reddy physiotherapist patiently explained my condition & taught me a few exercises over few sessions and I started getting relief from the very second session. Raja gave a valuable piece of advice- never try to just rest for things to heal, move the body to help get normal. Now I am back to normal with free movement.
